People flock to savor his breads (organic, stone-ground) and refined 100% homemade pastries: saint-honoré, paris-brest, Royal chocolat. Fabien has patissed for prestigious addresses, including Arnaud Larher, a MOF! Macaroons, ice creams, viennoiseries, old-fashioned praline chip spreads!

Autant il y a quelques années « La Caroline » était la boulangerie de référence dans le quartier, mais le changement de propriétaire et de staff n’est pas gagnant pour les clients. L’accueil est froid, on a vraiment l’impression de déranger et les prix ont nettement augmenté.
