T and A Express is the name of the restaurant of Tuyet Troung, Vietnamese, and her husband Phong, and a nod to the initials of her two children's first names (Thao and An). But here, it's above all a nice restaurant offering Vietnamese and Thai specialties worked in the wok. It's up to you to unearth this slightly hidden establishment just a stone's throw from the road to Vannes. Large, bright and green spaces allow us to take a nice relaxing break. During the week, lunchtime formulas as well as the T and A formulas already make our taste buds travel. On the menu, there are Vietnamese and Thai specialties. In addition to the inevitable spring rolls, try the chicken gyozas, the lap bo (beef salad), the T and A composite plate or the tom yum or Pekinese soups. We come here to taste the woks: they are hearty and well seasoned. We have chicken in curry or Thai beef (spicy), but also duck, shrimps, cuttlefish, prawns, prawns, sea bream in a wok like grilled sea bream with sweet and sour sauce. As for specialities, try the mi xao (fried noodles with beef, shrimps and vegetables), but also the famous bò bún, pad thai or pho bo soup or beef loc lac.
