Je suis outrée et choquée de l'accueil reçue dans cette pharmacie car j'ai eu le malheur de demander l'annulation d'une commande un jour férié j'ai eu le droit à des jugements à des hurlements ! Un manque de respect totale et un niveau 0 de la relation client qui choisi son amabilité en fonction des clients à banir ! Elle m'a gâchée ma journée de Noël merci !!!
