Establishment offering different buckwheat specialities with pancakes spread with jam.
Sarrazine is the oldest creperie in Pornic. This establishment offers 20 different buckwheat specialities. For example, the Guémené: andouille de Guémené, pommes fruits and fondue d'onions; it is not the most digestible, but it is tasty. In the long list of suggestions, you will inevitably find your happiness. For dessert, the choice is also vast with exactly 28 different pancakes. To this list are also added 20 pancakes spread with homemade jams from Brittany. Every lunchtime (out of season and school holidays) a lunch package is offered. The restaurant is structured around 4 air-conditioned rooms, with a total of 100 seats. The decoration is contemporary, with a room covered with light woods and mahogany parquet flooring, and another room under glass roof with exposed stones. The downside: little space between the tables and lunch with the crowds, we are tight and sometimes the lack of smiles, but it remains a sure thing.
