Meat dishes to enjoy with a bistro formula at a good value for money in Pornic.

Bistronomi'k plays the local card, choosing quality products from within a few miles. At the far end of the room, you can see the cooks busy serving Iberian pork pluma with Tonka bean and chervil sauce, or fillet of sea bass with creamy Thai jus. Meat lovers (mainly from meat breeds) will delight in the purebred rib of beef, before finishing with a chocolate dome with caramel heart. For lunch and dinner on weekdays, choose the 2 or 3-course bistro formula. A fine address offering good value for money.

Excellent restaurant avec une équipe en cuisine et au service au top. L endroit est convivial chaleureux et la cuisine est parfaite. Le tartare de petoncles au top la cote de boeuf savoureuse et les desserts justes divins. A y retourner
