LE TOUCAN
The Toucan is an establishment where exoticism can be found right down to the plates. Coffees, teas, gourmet chocolates, smoothies (carrot-apple-ginger-apple; orange, lemon, carrot...), but also caramels, chocolates and sweet delicacies made on the spot, by Didier, and coming from elsewhere (there are notably some creations by Master Chocolatier Olivier Grimault, Creat Choc). The Toucan is also an address where you can come and have a snack if you're a bit hungry (try the kouign aman if you have the opportunity, sweet or savoury version (kouign aman salted artichoke ham tomato and goat's cheese pesto and walnut) or the flour-free chocolate cake). Didier also proposes his spelt bread toasts with hummus, tarama, rillettes (organic), herb and nut tartar, always organic. As for the place itself, with its beautiful parquet floor and chandeliers, it is elegant and welcoming. A nice and pleasant address for a gourmet break... and healthy, what's more!
