It distributes flour, salt, yeast and water… Passionate about his profession, he explains in a very pédagogue way and also with great humour the process of making bread (wheat, fermentation, cooking…). A pause to taste with chaudes (fouaces) all hot filled with jam or caramel caramel "house" makes the delight of the greedy.
