Lors de notre réservation on nous confirme que nous pouvons arriver avant 15 heures..et non et lors de notre arrivée nous téléphone la réception d'un ton sec et sans approche commerciale nous refuse l'accès et nous indique que l'accès aux chambres est uniquement à 15 heures..je considère cela inacceptable
