When you arrive at Préfailles, follow the signs leading to the city centre. You will find several car parks near the Grande Plage and its chapel. Follow the beach to the right and then follow the coastal path to Point Saint-Gildas, where you will cross the semaphore, an orientation table and several blockhouses from the Second World War. Along this path, your eyes will be on the bay of Bourgneuf, to the south. You will also have the pleasure of admiring a beautiful view of the bay of la Prée, the Loire estuary, the city and the Saint-Nazaire bridge.
