FÊTE DU QUAI LÉON SÉCHER
Every year on the banks of the river Sèvre in Nantes, this popular and family festival offers a very varied programme over the course of a weekend: concerts, shows, street and children's activities, association stands, exhibitions, walks and water sports... This festival is based on the enhancement of the heritage of the district in which it is organised, namely: the river heritage and the banks of the Sèvre. It also raises public awareness of environmental issues. As such, water sports trips are organized on Roquio and Toue and also by canoe or kayak. It should be noted that this annual celebration could soon take place every two years.
