Thanks to its westerly orientation and the immensity of the strikes, the resort has become the favourite place for fans of sand yachts and other rolling machines, such as speed sail or kite yachts. Saint-Brévin is indeed one of the best kitesurfing spots in the region, with direct access (one minute walk), suitable for beginners as well as advanced riders. Children can start very early, from the age of 8. In July and August, the Jardin des Mers offers a 5-day sailing experience (2 hours a day) for 5-7 year-olds. You can also rent equipment, against a deposit cheque: 16-foot catamaran, windsurfing, speed sail, wetsuit, single-seater or two-seater kayak. The centre offers internships but also private tuition.
