The new owners (since 2014) have carried out a renovation of this beautiful farmhouse including a change of decoration, modern and refined, always simple and class. The restaurant is large and you can choose to sit in a corner close to the huge bar or in front of the fireplace and the grills or in the brand new room at the back, open onto the garden through large windows. The recipes that made the fame of this establishment have not changed. The grilled meats over a wood fire are unmissable. You will have the choice between raw ham, the sirloin flank steak roasted with shallot, smoked bacon, the lamb chops, sausage, the black pudding, or the rump steak. The fish are not left behind. It will be difficult for you to choose between the roasted sea bass with beurre blanc, the trout meunière, grilled salmon in Béarn way or the pike perch with beurre blanc. And something sweet to finish, why not a chocolate fondant. The dishes are very hearty. A very good address to share.
