Restaurant in Saint-Herbain serving fish, duck and beef, a renewed seasonal menu
The restaurant is located in a house at the beginning of the th century by a wealthy shipowner. The frame is pleasant, with the large covered terrace and inside, the four tastefully decorated rooms to offer a warm and modern atmosphere at a time, integrating the large fireplace and the plume of the walls and ceilings. The chef, Denis Janneau, has exercised in a number of @ restaurants, saying that the quality is felt on the plate. For example, you can enjoy a semi-baked semi-baked salmon with soy and Quinoa, Thai or a duck bowl of duck fat and its strawberry chutney. Then, the chef proposes a Pan-fried bar net to tarragon langoustines juice accompanied by early vegetables or a piece of Black Angus beef toasted to new potatoes accompanied by green asparagus and a reduced juice to bear garlic. To finish in the beauty, taste the black chocolate dome with menthol flavours or Breton sablé with strawberry and basil strawberries. The card is renewed regularly, in the rhythm of seasons and arrivals, also do not hesitate to test the dishes and desserts of the day, a good opportunity to offer an inventive and refined cuisine at a very reasonable rate. The restaurant also offers catering service for your large events and take-away menus for individuals and businesses. Specific menus are offered to groups hosted in a dedicated space.
