Les environs sont assez improbables : un parc qui se trouve à ( minutes d'un centre commercial ) au calme et situé lui même dans un parc immense (arbre centenaires, parcours de santé, rivière) qui rejoins Nantes, le centre historique par des sentiers en 15 minutes, a pied ! de la gare : bus 6;6 en 10 minutes : un havre de paix et de quiétude!
