Traditional à la carte dishes from a generous and tasty bistro cuisine in Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau.
Simple and effective: this is the recipe adopted by Thierry Daudet and his team at Le Chat qui guette. A different menu is offered every day on the slate; à la carte, you can find traditional dishes (beef steak and homemade French fries, butcher's chopped steak, skate wing with capers, steamed potatoes and spinach....). In addition to this generous and tasty bistro cuisine, the house also offers thin crust pizzas: Capri, 4 cheeses, Fermière, Nantaise... A more elaborate menu is offered in the evening (foie gras of the chef, smoked salmon or pan-fried scallops with whisky). To be tested: the chef's tapas, with a good Loire wine. A few steps from the banks of the Loire, a friendly place where it is good to eat.
