Chef Éric Guérin made his nest on the island of Fédrun, in the heart of the Brière Regional Nature Park. After having worked with the greatest, he created in 1995 La Mare aux Oiseaux. A Brière cottage where the birds sing and the taste buds dance. Éric Guérin imagines his recipes as he would tell a travel souvenir. So, we escape. First with the eyes, then with the flavors from here and elsewhere. An inventive cuisine with local, fresh and seasonal products. The luckiest ones will stay overnight in this little paradise out of time.

Mérite le déplacement.
Mais déjà dans qu'est ce qu'on était bien d'abord grâce à un accueil chaleureux alors que nous étions de parfaits inconnus.
Et surtout grâce à ce déjeuner mémorable qui a été un véritable festival de saveurs surprenantes, de présentations esthétiques, presque graphiques.
Un sans faute.
