Because Beatrice and Marc claim loud and clear their passion for their profession: they are bistro owners! A specialist in blankets and other cassoulets, Marc cooks as he speaks, with love and sincerity, and the crowds at lunchtime are not mistaken. Here, the homemade product takes on its full meaning: yoghurts, compotes, terrines... everything is made with fresh and local products. He works on the slate and the menu changes every day, depending on mood and arrivals. The entrance buffet will delight you, with a wide choice of salads, terrines, raw vegetables. On the plate, you have the choice, for example, between a salmon brandade, a beef brochette or braised ham and their side dishes.
