La is the Transport Company of the Nazairienne agglomeration. There are a total of 14 bus lines serving all the municipalities of Carene (Saint-Nazaire, Nazaire, Saint-André-des-Eaux, Montoir-de-Bretagne, Saint-Joachim, Saint-Malo-de-Guersac, Donges, Besné, La Chapelle-des-Marais and Pornichet). Since 2012, has entered the Hélyce line which connects the universities of Gavy to Nazaire and Montoir via the train station. This is a fast line that is on the web site for much of its course. It is designed as a real backbone of the transport of the agglomeration with passages all 10/15 min in the day and every 20/30 min in the evening. The rest of the network consists of four main services: 6 urban lines including the U 3 which serve beaches; 5 peri-urban lines called Ty'Bus; a free shuttle bus to the Dite city centre and a Sunday shuttle for the Prézégat area: the SPP. In addition, there is a range of complementary services: Liberty'bus for persons with reduced mobility; Ty'bustaxi for certain communes; Noctambus for the nights of Friday and Saturday.
