It hosts internationally renowned competitions. This pond is a former supply reserve for the Nantes Canal in Brest. From the small dam, on which the road is taken, a superb viewpoint emerges on the wooded and hilly shores and on the pond. A water recreation base, windsurfing and picnic areas are also available. A trail runs through the pond.
