AUBERGE DE LA SAVARIÈRE
Inn offering regional cuisine, market menu, poultry, meats and roasted fish.
In a paved alley of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire, this hostel is an attractive address in many respects. The place first, quiet and authentic, with a large bright and bright room dressed with stone and wood and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen then refined and refined in the market menu (the card changes every week) where you can find, for example, the entrance, a vegetable terrine to the mozzarella and dried beef meat or a Parisian lamb and its salad or a timbal of poultry to fungi and figs, continue with a peasant fish with pineapple and badiane served with cumin sweet potatoes and ending with a Breton raspberry; or the weekend menu, for example: a slice of bard poultry and Crimea black tomato carpaccio, mustard cream or a frying pan of froslaced frogs or a duo of homemade foie-terrine liver terrine with chutney of apples and toast; then continue with a bar filet juice juice of safrané safrané, potatoes crushed with fennel or a supreme of pintafish to peach roast, carrots with pepper before finishing on vanilla beans, chocolate and roasted almonds or a burnt cream and chocolate or a milkweed leaves of season fruit and lemon foam. Good regional cuisine enhanced with an exotic touch, served more with smiles.
