Des meubles abimés, refus de reconnaitre leur responsabilité.
Les déménageurs ont refusés de monter plusieurs meubles prétextant que cela ne passerait pas dans l'entrée; je me suis retrouvé avec des meubles dans le garage et dans le hall. Ces meubles sont rentrés sans problème la semaine suivante avec un ami : deux non professionnels.
Et l'entreprise qui ne répond même pas aux courriers recommandés...quel mépris des clients !
I had to buy a new desk (the foot of old as well as the work area were broken and nonreparable), a new halogen light (the foot having been broken and divided electric cable), my plastic garden table was broken, my fridge does not walk more… and I go from there.
Obviously the Forever desired company to refund the damage, despite the assurance that I had paid (under circumstances that during the delivery I did not detail the damages of my furniture in a rather explicit way…) and despite the photos with the support and speed of my pretension. Unfortunately does not have time to take a trial I have to settle for repairing the reparable furniture, to hide the damage as possible and to buy what was good to take.
For professionals, it is a scandal.
Quality 0 for a high price (Nantes- Lyon it is expensive), and service 0 given there is no care of the damage.
