Traditional restaurant offering typical Brie cuisine, a menu with fish, duck and beef.
Get out of routine and busy roads. After visiting Eastern Brière, head from Sainte-Reine to Pontchâteau. Turn on your left to reach the village of Ténière and you will soon discover your left at the Chaland Inn, which is listed by the Regional Natural Park. This traditional restaurant can be used in a traditional way, with typical Briéronne cuisine. On the map, you can find the cream frog thighs or pike in white butter as well as the delicious eels in persillade or the exciting cocks of crayfish to Brittany. But don't imagine if you're in a fish restaurant, because the wealth of the land also comes from the traditional ducks or oxen of the marsh. The carnivores will therefore lead to the butcher's room pepper sauce or roast magret at La salt flower.
