It was in Sautron that Mathieu created the Squash House. So, of course, we're doing it in the ball, but we're not doing it because the Squash House also houses a restaurant open to everyone, players or not. A homemade kitchen with fresh and seasonal products in a very pleasant setting. On that day, in slate, one could lunch from a Brie de Brie stuffed with snail butter, a calf jump to the tomato and a floating island. A small snacking card also offers the possibility of eating a bite, a sandwich or a pasta. The location is calm and the setting is delicious. You can even enjoy the terrace if the weather is ready. You can choose whether or not you want to watch the athletes spend. Mathieu also organizes seminars and the place can be privatized. A little hidden address but deserves a detour!
