In 2016, Mathieu created the Squash House in Sautron. A place that welcomes followers and neophytes of this sport in a pleasant setting: light and wide. The 1,000 m 2 space is largely dedicated to the 7 squash courts and the various equipment. However, the Squash House is also a place where you can come to lunch or enjoy a drink without being part of the club or having a snowshoe racket. This restaurant is the Service Square. 300 m 2 dedicated to a homemade kitchen made by Gérald's talent. The slate is tempting in the image of this fine pie with peppers or this salad of inlet. to follow, a filet of cooked hake on skin and cereals or a chicken filet at serrano and its fresh green beans. Finally, a caramelized chocolate mousse. Rich, fresh and roardful! The Service Square also offers a fine slate of burgers, sports, Italian or nantes! Les plats on c'est régaler moi et mes collègue pendant la pause dej, le désert était génial, le service efficace et aimable.
Le seul point noir c'est que ça paye pas de mine à l'intérieur car l'espace et partager avec un squash cependant ce problème n'existe plus quand on est sur la terrasse
