In 2016, Mathieu created the Squash House in Sautron. A place that welcomes followers and neophytes of this sport in a pleasant setting: light and wide. The 1,000 m 2 space is largely dedicated to the 7 squash courts and the various equipment. However, the Squash House is also a place where you can come to lunch or enjoy a drink without being part of the club or having a snowshoe racket. This restaurant is the Service Square. 300 m 2 dedicated to a homemade kitchen made by Gérald's talent. The slate is tempting in the image of this fine pie with peppers or this salad of inlet. to follow, a filet of cooked hake on skin and cereals or a chicken filet at serrano and its fresh green beans. Finally, a caramelized chocolate mousse. Rich, fresh and roardful! The Service Square also offers a fine slate of burgers, sports, Italian or nantes!
