Anchored in Sautron, this restaurant serves seasonal cuisine just the way we like it. It all starts with an appetizer to awaken the taste buds. The adventure continues with chef Emeric Banon's carte blanche, inspired by local produce. Depending on the formula chosen, you can enjoy from one to five courses, with or without a glass of wine. Dishes include filet de bar de nos côtes and Couëron tome fondue on crispy puff pastry. The desserts are not to be outdone: red fruit pavlova, black mousse, Breton shortbread... New low-price menu from Wednesday to Friday lunchtime: a fish or meat dish followed by a gourmet coffee.
