Wonderful surprise in Sucé-sur-Erdre with the restaurant Le Beau Nid! The name? A nod to the family name of this young and talented chef Valentin Bonnissent, a Sancerrois who has multiplied his culinary experiences throughout the world. We are invited to his cosy nest in this charming bistronomic restaurant where absolutely everything is done for our sole pleasure. The green atmosphere, the woody colours, the light. De belles saveurs, très végétal, option poisson ou viande. Une jolie attention à également était faite au moment du dessert.
