Wonderful surprise in Sucé-sur-Erdre with the restaurant Le Beau Nid! The name? A nod to the family name of this young and talented chef Valentin Bonnissent, a Sancerrois who has multiplied his culinary experiences throughout the world. We are invited to his cosy nest in this charming bistronomic restaurant where absolutely everything is done for our sole pleasure. The green atmosphere, the woody colours, the light. très belle découverte de restaurant dans une petite rue à Sucé.
on y a diner avec un menu unique en 3 temps (entrée/plat/dessert) mais existe pour les plus gourmands en 4 ou 5 temps.
le mélange des saveurs était original et très bons.
