Wonderful surprise in Sucé-sur-Erdre with the restaurant Le Beau Nid! The name? A nod to the family name of this young and talented chef Valentin Bonnissent, a Sancerrois who has multiplied his culinary experiences throughout the world. We are invited to his cosy nest in this charming bistronomic restaurant where absolutely everything is done for our sole pleasure. The green atmosphere, the woody colours, the light. And of course, a market cuisine that changes every day! A nest of flavours and a real favourite to (re) discover!

Produits frais, carte qui change chaque semaine, plats "travaillés", très bon rapport qualité/prix bref notre restaurant préféré depuis l'ouverture.
Allez y les yeux fermés!
Le chef était très arrangeant et a même préparé du poisson et des légumes nature pour convenir à notre fils qui essaie les aliments solides.
Nous avons hâte de revenir ????

We had a lovely 3 course lunch today. The meal was very reasonably priced considering the quality €25 per person for 3 courses.
The chef was very accommodating and even did some plain fish and vegetables to suit our son who is trying solids foods.
We look forward to visiting again ????
