Service excessivement long, deux heures pour un dîner dans une crêperie dont 50 minutes d’attente entre deux galettes. Celles-ci étaient certes bonnes mais pas à la hauteur de l’attente non plus…
Petit conseil du chef de cuisine que je suis, la prochaine fois qu’un de vos clients vous fait part du service trop long: excusez-vous, offrez l’apéro, n’envoyez pas le crêpier pour s’expliquer (d’autant plus qu’il est agressif…) et taisez-vous!
