Former Companion of the Tour de France, sommelier Olivier Hedebert remains a tireless explorer of the world's terroirs. An openness to the world and an affection for the gastronomic treasures he wanted to share by opening the Unexpected. In this atypical place, the master of the premises and his team bring back to life the noble food professions: butcher, roaster, butcher, butcher, baker, pastry chef, creamer, cheese maker, wine merchant, wine merchant... in several areas: a grocery store, a cellar, a tasting room, a cooking class workshop, a space with flower courses, a wine bar for afterworks and a restaurant: The Eat did not wait. You may also have the chance to taste a goat cheese, spinach and hazelnut tartlet, a fish fillet with Al äjo sauce and dark rice, and a homemade cream of coconut milk, orange blossom and pistachio mangoes. A large table can be reserved for groups and for music lovers, a new "piano" table is added to the score.
