The High Forest is a three-star hotel with 34 rooms and it is also a restaurant. Situated in Prodigy, at the gates of the vineyard, we come here to lunch or dinner of a brasserie-type kitchen with the classic classics of the genus: rillettes of salmon, bowl of poultry or oysters; , a parmentier of duck, a fish of the market or a skirt of roasted beef.
