Ce restaurant se situe le long de la chaussée aux Moines. Le cadre est très joli notamment le soir lors du coucher de soleil. C’est le rendez-vous des amoureux qui se promènent main dans la main.
Concernant le restaurant en lui-même, les plats proposés sont très bons mais le service est déplorable. Nous avions réservé une table pour deux en terrasse. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant notre réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte. Le serveur, complètement désemparé, nous a littéralement refilé à sa collègue qui n’était pas plus professionnelle que lui puisqu’elle aussi s’est débarrassée de nous en appelant une autre serveuse rousse. Cette dernière nous a placé à l’intérieur du restaurant. Nous lui avons alors très gentiment informé que nous avions demandé à être placé en terrasse. Elle est alors devenue agressive envers nous. Aucune carte ne nous a été apportée et le menu du soir ne nous a pas été présenté. Après une heure d’attente, nous avons enfin pu passer commande. Nous avions commandé deux verres de vin blanc pour accompagner notre plat de poisson (soit dit en passant délicieux) mais si nous ne les avions pas réclamés une seconde fois nous les attendrions toujours. Il est regrettable qu’un restaurant aussi prometteur soit gâché par le manque de professionnalisme de ses serveurs.

This restaurant rather standard nouvelle cuisine is in a beautiful setting with a view overlooking the road with the monks. It has a beautiful interior. The reception is pleasant with young team. But overall the prices are high compared to what is presented on the plate. We were a little disappointed.

Restaurant completely renovated. Pleasant Decor inside and always a superb outdoor setting opposite to Nantes Sèvres. (Possibility of walk stroll after the meal).
Semi gourmet quality, good quantity acceptable. Reservation required because many people.
Price is a little expensive. You can pay setting...

Une vue magnifique sur la sèvre surtout à l'étage.
Une bougie sur le dessert, juste parce qu'en parlant au serveur, on lui avait dit que c'était mon anniversaire. Une petit touche sympathique...

A nice moment with VERTOU
Not macaroon Hats or not, under a fork, and so much the better.
Obviously the concept of the Canteen to the monks, it is youth and freshness, everything contributes to it;
- The historic building and moreover endearing, turns into a magical and with an oriental connotation of a clear unparalleled; almost all the tables have a view of SEPARATES remembered (it is not the case of the 2 great colleagues and neighbours). La Déco and plating of the tables is consistent with the spirit of the house and if you can not like (old age is a suffering) for my part and 68 years I enthusiastic. Congratulations to the archi and the designer (trice?).
- The service, with very efficient one and charming ADELE, is all in hostel: that move, that it is short, friendly and attentive, with details that would be "boobs" at G.M. or Bibendum, and which is attractive of freshness and concern of making it well. All clad in black, personally and in this setting I can dare the "flashy".
- The cuisine of ALANN COSQUERIC is consistent, freshness and authenticity of the product is the main idea, cooking is confident and the presentation of dishes with a harmonious measured ambition.
Here, I spent a real moment of pleasure, and because I alone, I have the opportunity to consolidate my comments.
Epicurean and jovial bon vivant, I do not confuse the good with the Great cuisine. I love of Laurent SAUDEAU and jean-yves GUEHO, but of grace, no comparison, the only element constant and the sincerity of the suggestion and the pleasure of with it.
