Establishment with a shaded terrace offering gastronomic cuisine of the soil for good and copious dishes.
Philippe Grasset's table is appealing and the atmosphere of the warm establishment. The hotel offers authentic, authentic and generous local cuisine on a wooden fire in the central fireplace, in the heart of a simple and warm decor. Tasty snacks like homemade liver, chicken liver terrine and Porto or the Iberian gourmet base… To follow, dishes as good as the rich ones: like the beautiful grill plates on vineyards, mudbits, muscadet sausages, but also mittened dishes such as the rigged and grilled beef coast, the Saint James and white butter skewers, or the whole or semi-grilled jar. At the end of the meal: homemade desserts such as apple crust and salted butter caramel or tiramisu bread and caramelized tarte. We also like to linger on the shady terrace from the very first days. Let's add that plates are generous and modest prices, so good reasons to push the Portillon beating quickly.
