Run by a Japanese woman, this little restaurant nestling at the top of Place Imbach has become a local reference over the years for ramen, its specialty. The menu features almost a dozen varieties of this traditional soup, which can be multiplied by three depending on the broth chosen. Gyozas, kimchi and takoyaki (a pancake dough ball filled with octopus) also feature.

Le restaurant est petit et très demandé, il faut penser à réserver quelques jours à l'avance.
