Restaurant offering excellent pizzas and Italian cuisine, with good value for money, in Angers.
Of course, it is not a charming small neighborhood pizzeria that is discussed here, but this sign offers a generous menu and good quality dishes. Nothing exceptional in the decoration, with terracotta walls, but an efficient and courteous reception despite the effervescence of some midis. Start with carpaccios and some audacious Italian salads or plates, such as Burrata, a mozzarella with an unbeatable heart served with rockets, marinated peppers and a balsamic cream. 17 varieties of pizzas, crisp and crispy pasta such as the Pollo e scamorza (mascarpone cream, tomato sauce, mozzarella, chicken scamorza, scamorza, candied tomatoes, rockets), Pomodoro e burrata or Con Carne. Want to pastas? The choice is also very broad, with some beautiful finds such as these gorgonzola and walnut ravioli, or Salmon Margarites, long pasta stuffed with smoked salmon. We finish an excellent tiramisu in the marsala, a Delizia al limone, a lemon cream from Sicily with a merinate lemon ball and crumble or an expected panna cotta! Weakness: a service sometimes a little long. Talent: Dynamic service, a varied map and a perfectly reasonable addition.
