Zen restaurant offering French-Japanese cuisine in the train station district in Angers.
Kazumi combines elegant, no-frills decor, an intimate atmosphere and a unique experience, fusing French and Japanese cuisine. The chef places his meats and vegetables on large hot plates for a cooking process known as "teppanyaki". Diners, seated at the counter, gradually discover the contents of their plate. The cooking is mastered to perfection: braised pork chops, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, broccoli... Desserts include original ice creams, chocolate fondant and oriental-inspired tiramisu.
