This canteen on both sides of rue de L'Espine offers organic, homemade and almost 100% vegan fare. In the pretty little room on the left, with its whitewashed walls, a regular clientele comes to order excellent mixed salads, sandwiches served hot panini style, soups and quiches, all served with a smile by Suzy and her mother Bernadette. Every recipe is fresh and seasonal. Choice desserts: rice pudding with almond milk and verbena, marbré with chocolate and vanilla or gingerbread.
