Another homemade burger restO, you might say! Yes, this concept has been flourishing for some years now. As is often the case, the decor here is modern, designer and uncluttered, with some tables high up and others lower down. The burgers are prepared with carefully selected ingredients (cheddar without coloring) and the quality is top-notch. As for the burgers, there are plenty of sweet and savoury options, as well as original ones such as the bao: beef marinated in soy, spinach and ginger, the paname with foie gras or the BBR with fig confit. Salads are also sweet and savory, with salmon or shrimp. A few desserts (including a chocolate-caramel mousse). And to accompany all this, no soda but water, fruit juices and smoothies (homemade, of course!). Weaknesses: the menu is not displayed above the tills like in many burger chains, so you grab a menu from a table or waste time at the counter. Strengths: unquestionable quality, no industrial sodas, a beeper to let you know when your order is ready.
