Delicious seasonal, homemade, seasonal cuisine in a restaurant overlooking the Place du Ralliement in Angers.

A tempting menu and a breathtaking view of Place du Ralliement: Provence Caffé has it all! The place always offers a few Mediterranean dishes (mini bouillabaisse or scampi ravioli for starters), but also excels when it comes to delighting us with guinea fowl supreme with bell pepper cream, snacked scallops with coral sauce, or fillet of sea bream with shiitake fondue. There's no shortage of desserts either, with pistachio shortbread with chocolate cream or roasted pineapple with Sichuan pepper.

Bonne cuisine mais accueil tres tres moyen par la responsable, ne correspond pas a la qualité de la cuisine.vraiment Dommage.
Un bon restaurant c est une bonne cuisine un bon accueil un bon service.

Tres bon service mais pour servir une très mauvaise cuisine ! ..Notre regret fut de ne pas nous être arrêté avant , à la brasserie a gauche des marches ! Heureusement nous n’avions pas commandé les desserts !

À mon avis, la cuisine est un peu déroutante et les plats avec trop d'ingrédients ne mettent pas toujours en valeur le protagoniste du plat.
