Bistronomic cuisine to be enjoyed in a warm setting in Angers.
Frédéric and Julien, the owners of this former RELAIS de poste, have preserved the retro Art Deco feel of the place, while adding a few visuals in honor of the city of King René. The cuisine, respectful of short circuits and the seasons, is both bistronomic and epicurean. Duck terrine or perfect egg, asparagus cream for starters, followed by a primrose poultry pie or a veal medallion with pepper sauce, all accompanied by a good organic "keel". As for the all-you-can-eat dessert buffet, we highly recommend it!
