Bistronomic restaurant offering home cooking based on seasonal products in Angers.
This (very) gourmet pea is always 100% bistro style, with its skai benches, pretty little wooden tables and chairs and empty bottles displayed like trophies. A décor that never tires of a regular clientele, who come here to enjoy home-made cuisine based on fresh, seasonal products. As a starter, the suckling lamb pastilla is irreproachable, as is the risotto of haddock, mussels and cockles. We continue with a Black Angus beef tab or a hake fillet accompanied by wild rice with quinoa and vegetables cooked to perfection. For dessert, the crème brûlée is extremely sweet and the poached pear is very delicate.

As for the main courses, entrance for dessert, a delight, the products are fresh and very well worked.
Cotai accompanying wines, it shows that serves an expert! the wines are original and in keeping with the dishes.
Nothing to say, a pleasure of eating as lunch (better than at home!)
