This Cultural Area Saint-Serge is open to all, not just students. It hosts performances all year round, especially at the University Creation Festival in March. There are theater, dance, concerts, exhibitions, conferences. The room is adjustable and depending on the type of representation or event, seats can be installed or removed. The acoustics are very good, which makes it a real concert hall - sometimes used by associations like Ul 3 sounds or the Chabada Hall to promote the Angevine music scene.
