It looks great in this new Convention Centre! Named after the former mayor of Angers, the site was inaugurated in spring 2019 after 18 months of redevelopment work. This new showcase of Angevin culture (the organisers of the Premiers Plans film festival have something to look forward to) boasts a new facade, a new patio, and a 1,200-seat auditorium with an expanded stage, comfortable seats (finally!) and perfect acoustics. Another major innovation: the creation of modular spaces overlooking the Jardin des Plantes, with a 400 m² room with a 120-seat amphitheatre and a huge terrace that can accommodate different types of receptions.
