There's no equivalent term in French, but in Swedish, fika means "coffee break". Here, it's the order of the day, but never on its own, as it can be accompanied by a cookie, a slice of cake, banoffee pie or any other sweet of the day. The owners, Gwendoline and Clara, who worked at Pick Eat, also offer gourmet tartines at lunchtime and one brunch a month. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and children are more than welcome: every other week, Floriane, the "artisan of joy" who created Humeurs Créatives, runs a workshop just for them. How about taking your time like our Swedish neighbors for a change?
