Angers Jumelages (A.A.J.) has given itself the mission to establish links between the inhabitants of Angers and its twin cities, and to highlight their culture. Today, there are eight twin cities: Osnabrück (Germany), Wigan (England), Haarlem (Netherlands), Pisa (Italy), Bamako (Mali), Toruṅ (Poland), Austin (United States) and Yantai (China). AAJ's scope of action is extremely wide and every Angevin can join the association on a voluntary basis.
