The justice conciliator is a volunteer of voluntary justice charged with resolving free of charge disagreements of opinions or interests that may pit people. Using the conciliator allows the negotiation of a satisfactory solution for each party in conflict, without engaging in burdensome judicial procedures. It only intervenes in the context of neighbourhood problems, disputes between owners and tenants (or simply between several tenants), consumer disputes, unpaid and defective work… In order to obtain more information and to be directed, where appropriate, to the competent services, it is advisable to call in advance by telephone.
