Ensure that culture is accessible to all: this is the noble public service mission set up by the Municipal Institute of Angers. Every year, countless conferences are offered free of charge to the angevines, on extremely varied themes ranging from the growth of children to organic farming through paranormal phenomena, the safe collection of mushrooms or the concept of freedom in philosophy! Some of these conferences are filmed and available online on the city's website. Finally, free language courses (English, Spanish, Italian…) are also available throughout the year, except for August.
