Excellente agence immobilière quand cela concerne de prendre un bien en location chez eux. Toujours présent et réactif dans les différentes démarches pendant la durée du bail. Cependant, lors du départ, les agents cherchent à refaire les appartements à neuf pour les propriétaires(peut-être une corrélation avec les commissions perçues lors des futures ventes..). Des procédures scandaleuses, en effet, ne pas se fier à ce qui est dit oralement, et demander des écrits pour chaque affirmation, agence à éviter autant que possible.
