What would Angers be without Radio G? The former Radio Gribouille celebrated in 2021 its 40 years of existence and tirelessly pursues its mission as a local radio, made by all and for all. Its programming schedule includes about sixty programs hosted by nearly 150 volunteer hosts of all ages and backgrounds. For the purely news part, the radio provides 3 daily pick-ups with the flashes of RFI. The programs are as diverse in content as in form, offering a platform to a large number of enthusiasts and representatives of various communities. All styles of music are represented, from musette to jazz, rock, reggae, metal, electro... Among the oldest music programs, Ça dégouline dans le cornet, a program dedicated to the discovery of the independent rock scene and present in the program schedule for over 20 years! The radio station also does not hesitate to relocate its airwaves, notably to the Chabada, to bring certain events to life live. Finally, it should be noted that Radio G runs radio initiation workshops.
